From June to October avid and active riders find endless opportunities to challenge themselves in the Italian Alps.

Whether it's in the Dolomites or Alta Valtellina you are spoilt for choice.

From legendary climbs of Il Giro d' Italia - Stelvio, Gavia, Mortirolo, Pordoi, Sella and Gardena passes - to numerous, less well known itineraries which unfold through the many valleys. No one outing is the same.

Build your own itinerary, or join a group to explore the many opportunities. And if you liked to experience the local passion for sport, why not visit during Il Giro and follow some of the stages in person as the best cyclists in the world attack the mountains in this magnificent part of the world.

The options for daily excursions are limitless, from steep climbs over passes to rides through historic villages.

From June to September you can even take part in the many races open to enthusiasts from around the world: the Maratona dles Dolomites, Grandfondo Stelvio Santini to name just two.

At the end of your day on two wheels you can relax in one of the many excellent bike friendly hotels perfectly equipped and organised to welcome cyclists with their secure bike storage and maintainance areas and an array of services tailored to cyclists. You can also take advantage of the many attractions the Alpine villages offer their guests in summer.
